Phase 1

Today — the Early Preview

The web workspace a few hundred tech managers already use every day.

  • Command Center

    Shipped

Your day at a glance — focus, goals, projects, schedule, all in one place.

  • Meeting Notes

    Shipped

Keep the thread of what was said and agreed, with AI helping you summarise as you go.

  • Tasks & Sprint Board

    Shipped

Kanban, sprints, WIP limits, backlog — for your work or a small team's.

  • Mind Maps & Canvas

    Shipped

An infinite canvas to think out loud, branch ideas, and see how things connect.

  • AI Assistant

    Shipped

An assistant that actually knows your workspace — your notes, projects, and tasks.

Phase 2

What we're building now

The next couple of releases. You'll see most of this land soon.

  • Audio capture, on web and mobile

    Building

Record a thought or a conversation from anywhere — it ends up back in your workspace, written up.

  • Snap a page, get structured notes

    Building

Take a photo of a whiteboard or notebook page and Polaris turns it into clean written notes.

  • Repeat captures, open data

    Building

Recurring captures that live in open, exportable formats — and play nicely with natural language.

  • Show, don't tell, on the homepage

    Building

Real product visuals on the marketing site so you can see what you're signing up for.

Phase 3

Coming up next

Things we're sketching, designing, and getting ready to build.

  • Cuff — your audio companion

    Next up

A simple way to capture meetings, voice notes, and ambient conversations when your hands are busy.

  • iOS app

    Next up

A proper native home for quick capture, review, and edits on the go.

  • Apple Watch

    Next up

One tap from your wrist — a voice note, a quick thought, a reminder.

  • Easier install flow

    Next up

A smoother TestFlight and reinstall path for people trying early iOS builds.

Phase 4

Further out

The bigger picture — where the platform wants to grow.

  • Claude Code in the loop

    Later

Bring Polaris context into the terminal through Claude Code, so your workspace and your code share a brain.

  • Open data format

    Later

Your notes, tasks, and plans stay yours — portable, exportable, no lock-in.

  • Open source, piece by piece

    Later

Release the building blocks as open source so the community can build on top of them.

How we ship.

Polaris is in early preview. We ship small, we ship often, and we ship with the people using it. Big updates land in-app and on GitHub. The best way to shape what comes next is simple: use it, and tell us what's getting in your way.

Come shape what comes next.

Jump into the early preview, tell us what matters, and have a read of the manifesto if you want to know where we're coming from.
